Kulshan provides the following services:

Employment Planning Services

This service allows our clients to try out different jobs in order to gain helpful information about the type of jobs that will be a good match for future employment.

Job Development Services

This service is directed toward finding meaningful employment in our community.  Kulshan staff will assist our clients to identify businesses in our community that have jobs that would be suitable for the individual.  We are available to prepare resumes, applications, and other documents requested by employers.  We are also available to help prepare for and attend interviews with our clients.

Job Site Training Services

Once you find a job, your Kulshan job coach will help you learn your position and become comfortable and as independent as possible with your new job.

Job Support Services

Once you become familiar with your job, your Kulshan job coach will continue to monitor your situation and provide on-site job coaching, continued communication with your employer, as well as feedback on ways to help you be the best worker you can be.
